Bags made from wood free paper

    more than 90% of the world’s paper is currently derived from virgin wood fibre. More and more rain forest is destroyed every year to meet the demands of the developed world's paper industry, which requires a staggering 200 million tons of wood each year simply to make paper. If the present rate continues, it is estimated that the paper industry alone will consume 4 billion tons of wood annually by the year 2020. Using recycled paper products alone will not solve the problem. Recycled wood paper can only be recycled a limited number of times due to the destruction of the paper fibers during the recycling process. So to save the trees we must find wood free paper, derived from other plant sources.

Bags from bagasse based paper

            Bagasse is the fibrous residue left over after the sugar cane has been crushed and the sugar extracted. The bagasse is pulped and bleached, and then the bagasse fibers are woven to create paper and  other products. Bagasse based paper bags are same as normal paper bag in quality and finish, but  with a little price difference.
